This course is designed for those who are seeking a fundamental understanding of the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 12 operating system. Students will be able to install and configure a SLES server and integrate it into an existing network. They will be able to perform the most important system administration tasks.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 Administration — Course SLE201v15

This course is designed for those who are seeking a fundamental understanding of the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15 operating system.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Advanced Administration — Course SLE301v12

This course builds upon the information in the SLE201v12 Administration course and teaches the advanced system administration tasks. After attending the course, the student should be capable of administering SLES 12 and be able to deal with specialized networking and storage configuration. This course is optional in the SLES for SAP Learning Path.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 Advanced Administration — Course SLE301v15

This course builds upon the information in the SLE201v15 Administration course and teaches the advanced system administration tasks. After attending the course, the student should be capable of administering SLES 12 and be able to deal with specialized networking and storage configuration. This course is optional in the SLES for SAP Learning Path.

Deploying and Administering SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability 12 — Course SLE321v12

This course introduces the product features of SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLE) High Availability (HA) and the implementation planning for both on premise and the public cloud. A SLE HA cluster is deployed, and then applications and clustered storage are configured, tested and administered.

This course is a prerequisite for SLE311v12 SLES for SAP Applications HA Deployment and Configuration.

Deploying and Administering SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability 15 — Course SLE321v15

This course introduces the product features of SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLE) High Availability (HA) and the implementation planning for both on premise and the public cloud. A SLE HA cluster is deployed, and then applications and clustered storage are configured, tested and administered.

This course is a prerequisite for SLE311v15 SLES for SAP Applications HA Deployment and Configuration.

SLES for SAP Applications HA Deployment and Configuration — Course SLE311v12

This course provides an overview of where to source the information required to successfully execute a deployment. The details of the components of SLES for SAP Applications are explored, including the SLES High Availability components specific to SAP deployments, how to use the custom installation features, and how to secure a SLES for SAP Applications system.

SLES for SAP Applications Deploying and Configuring Netweaver with HA — Course SLE322v12

This course is designed to enable you to deploy SAP NetWeaver on SLES for SAP Applications with HA. The course teaches best practices leading to a deployment that complies with the SAP certification NW-HA-CLU 7.40. The course starts with an overview of the SAP Netweaver ABAP and Java application servers followed by concepts of the SAP enqueue server and enqueue replication server. Next the environment required for the deployment is explored including the shared storage required for deployment of the highly available enqueue server. The cluster resources required are then discussed. Integration of the SAP environment with the HA environment using the sap_suse_cluster_connector is explored along with monitoring and managing the NetWeaver environment in the cluster environment.

SLES for SAP Applications High Availability Deployment in Azure — Course SLE312v12

This course is designed to give an understanding of the requirements for deploying a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications HA cluster in Azure. The course provides an overview of the specific differences of deploying an HA cluster in Azure relative to deploying an HA cluster on bare metal. It also includes example cluster deployments in preparation for installation of Netweaver and HANA.
